What is Consignment?
Consignment is when someone else watches and sells your merchandise.
If it is a large volume of merchandise we rent them a booth 10×10 for $120 a month. If they need more room it is in increment of 10×10 for $120 each. The person who watches the merchandise receives 10% from the sale. Vendor is responsible for displays if needed or show cases. Sometimes we have some to rent.
If it is large items or appliances we have another area where we charge 30%. Prices have to be reasonable for used goods. Also if the item doesn’t sell in a reasonable length of time, we can ask that the item is reduced or taken home.
